A Wish For A Masjid Land Dispute Settlement Payment
A masjid that serves over 1,000 Muslims is facing imminent demolition.
Due to an old land dispute dating back more than 20 years, the jama’ah has been left without formal ownership documents. A claimant has demanded compensation, and after negotiations, an agreement was reached to settle the matter permanently for LE 50,000, securing the masjid forever, in shaa Allah.
The struggling community has already raised LE 12,000, but a balance of LE 38,000 remains.
An ultimatum has been issued: if the remaining amount is not paid, the masjid will be demolished—leaving the entire community without a place of worship, adhaan, Jumu’ah, or Ramadan prayers.
Fulfilling this wish will protect the House of Allah, preserve the dignity of the Muslim community, and bring lasting relief for generations.
