A Wish For Water Storage Tank for Old Masjid
One of our Imams humbly shares a simple yet deeply meaningful wish on behalf of his masjid and community: a water storage tank.
The masjid he serves is among the oldest in the province—a place where generations have stood in ṣalāh, children first learned the Qur’an, and the call to prayer has echoed for decades. Time, however, has taken its toll. While the community hopes to renovate the masjid fully one day, limited resources mean only urgent needs can be addressed for now.
One such need is reliable access to water.
Frequent water shortages disrupt daily activities in the masjid—making wuḍū’, cleaning, and hosting congregants especially difficult during Ramadan, when the masjid is most alive with worship. A water storage tank would bring immediate relief, ensuring that worship can continue with dignity, cleanliness, and ease.
